From reference to production

  1. 01 / FORM

    Define the garment.

We use your brand references to study the design, cut and proportions of the garment.

  2. 02 / DETAIL

    Validate with a sample.

The sample lets us assess fit, materials and finishes, and identify what needs to be corrected before production.

  3. 03 / CONSTRUCTION

    Prepare and oversee production.

Once the sample and requirements are approved, we plan manufacturing and monitor quality through to the final order inspection.

03 / From design to garment

From brief to delivery.

First we define the requirements, then validate the sample and prepare production. Quality control supports the decisions at each stage.

  1. 01

    Technical development and patternmaking

Patternmakers study the cut, measurements and construction. Technical details are reviewed with the brand to prepare sample development.

  2. 02

    Sample development and approval

We develop prototypes and samples to assess fit, drape and finishes. Corrections and approval points are agreed with the brand before proceeding.

  3. 03

    Production planning and follow-up

We plan manufacturing around the approved requirements and follow up with production units. Communication between commercial and quality teams helps identify deviations during manufacturing.

Good
questions.

Information to help prepare your brief and understand what needs to be confirmed with the team.

The initial brief

Specify the garment types, add drawings or reference photos and describe your preferred materials and finishes. Estimated quantities and a target schedule help us assess the brief. If you do not yet have technical packs, explain what is already defined.

Before production

Yes. We develop prototypes and collection samples. Fit, construction, materials and finishes are reviewed with the brand, with approval points defined for each project.

Quantities

We do not publish a single minimum. To confirm feasibility, we need the design, size and colour breakdown and planned materials. Fabric availability and supply conditions also influence the assessment.

Client-supplied materials

Include this in your brief and share the composition, fabric specification, available quantities and availability date. Compatibility with the garment and the conditions of use need to be confirmed with the team.

Approvals and schedule

Garment complexity, material availability, sample revisions and brand approvals affect the schedule. Requirements and approval points are agreed before production planning; dates are confirmed with the team.

Quality

Quality checks support development and production units. Before dispatch, the order is inspected using the AQL system and the quality levels agreed with the client.
