The journey is supported by technical, commercial and quality control expertise. Requirements and approval points are defined for each project.
Technical development
A technical team of patternmakers and quality controllers studies the construction of each garment, considering the requirements of the client.
Prototypes and samples
We develop collection prototypes and samples, supporting the stages of execution and the approval points agreed for the project.
Materials and product
We have access to specialist fabric mills in Italy, Portugal and Spain, as well as garment washing facilities, to explore materials and finishes suitable for each collection.
Planning and support
We plan production and monitor orders throughout manufacturing. Communication between the commercial and quality control teams helps identify and prevent problems.
Quality control
Quality control teams support the production units. Final inspection follows the AQL system — Acceptable Quality Limit — according to the quality levels agreed with the client.
Logistics and transport
We manage the legal, administrative and documentation requirements associated with the process and check the order before dispatch to the client.
